About Us

I am a fully trained Reiki Master Teacher and I have been a Reiki practitioner since 2007.

My training and lineage is through Reiki Evolution.

Established by Taggart King in 1990s, Reiki Evolution teaches Reiki in a simple, uncluttered way, which is closely based on the original teachings of Mikao Usui in 1920s Japan.

Through the Reiki Evolution lineage of teachers, I am only 12 individuals away from Dr Usui, so I am confident in the purity of the teaching I have received and the skill and knowledge I pass on to you through my treatments and workshops.

My aim is to help clients attain balance in their lives and open themselves up to the potential for healing, self transformation and positive change. Reiki has helped me change my life and I am confident that you will enjoy its benefits too.

I offer Reiki treatments and workshops in a comfortable central Reading venue, which is easily accessible by road and rail.

Reiki Treatment with Reiki Relax

Treatments will start with an initial consultationabout you, your concerns and current situation and I will explain what you can expect.All treatment is carried out with you fully-clothed, minus your shoes perhaps!-and either sitting in a chair or on the treatment table. I will also probably cover you with a blanket for the session.

I will ask you to close your eyes and relax while I move around you quietly, putting my hands above, not usually touching, your body to channel the energy to you.

Treatments last from 30 minutes to 75 minutes- the initial session is longer to include the consultation.
